Order Processing

Orders are usually shipped from Japan within 1–3 business days after order and payment confirmation.

Processing may take longer depending on the contents of the order, stock availability, peak periods, or other circumstances.

Shipping Method

Orders to the United States are primarily shipped via DHL.

Available shipping methods may vary depending on the weight, size, contents, destination, and other conditions of the order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, order contents, weight, size, shipping method, and other applicable factors. The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

DHL: approximately 3–5 days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may take longer due to customs procedures, weather conditions, flight schedules, peak shipping periods, natural disasters, carrier-related circumstances, or other events beyond our control.

Import Duties, Taxes and Customs Clearance Fees

Orders shipped to the United States are sent on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.

Import duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees covered under DDP are included in the price or paid by us. Customers will therefore not be required to pay these charges separately upon import.

Shipping Address

Please make sure that your name, shipping address, ZIP code, telephone number, and other delivery information are correct before completing your order.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, refusal of delivery, prolonged absence, or similar circumstances attributable to the customer, additional shipping and other actual costs may apply for reshipment.

Damage or Loss During Shipping

If the package or product is visibly damaged upon delivery, or if you experience another shipping-related problem, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photographs of the shipping box, packaging materials, shipping label, and product for investigation or to submit a claim with the carrier.

Please keep the shipping box and all packaging materials until the issue has been resolved.
