"HADO" is written as "the way of the blade." In Japan, "way" refers to the attitude of a person steadily moving forward, such as in the tea ceremony, flower arrangement, and martial arts.
It means taking one step at a time and striving for the highest peak.
We will continue to create products that "walk the path of the blade with dignity," never forgetting our pride as craftsmen.
It is difficult to produce and can only be handled by a handful of highly skilled blacksmiths, but in exchange for this, the blade is made of White steel No.1, which boasts supreme sharpness.
The blade is forged and hardened by Sakai traditional craftsman Yoshikazu Tanaka, and then carved by blade sharpener Tadataka Maruyama.
The "Junpaku" series is made of white steel with a soft stainless steel core, which not only gives it a sharp cutting edge,
It is also easy to maintain. Equipped with a traditional buffalo horn and magnolia octagonal handle, this model embodies the essence of a Japanese-style double-edged knife.
Specifications: Each knife is handmade, so the size, weight, and blade finish may vary.
