Use the medium whetstone (gray) to start sharpening, and the finishing whetstone (red) to finish.

For daily maintenance, use only the finishing stone.

*The wooden part is a safety cover to protect your wrist. When using the tool, hold only the whetstone to avoid danger.

Do not extend your fingers below the wood.

*Cracks may occur in the whetstone, but you can continue to use it as is without any problems for sharpening.
